Jeff has lived with his wife, Valerie, and their two children in Mt. Pleasant for the past 17 years. He is involved in the business community and is a member of East Cooper Rotary Club, Charleston Exchange and Mt. Pleasant Sertoma Club as well as a member of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. He knows a lot of business owners and his network is largely referral and selectively based. Jeff Pulley is the President of
Charleston Business Brokers and he has been buying and selling companies
for 22 years. Jeff has experience in selling companies ranging
from drycleaners and other retail businesses to the sale of a regional
financial company with a sales volume of over $3.5 million. He has
sold four of his own companies and understands the emotions of a client
and the ingredients for a successful win-win transaction. Jeff
graduated from West Virginia University in 1980 with a Management and
Marketing Degree. He is a member of the International Business
Brokers Association (IBBA) and is a Certified
Business Intermediary (CBI). He was founder and CEO of First
Charleston Mortgage which grew to 6 regional mortgage offices in North
Carolina and South Carolina. Jeff has developed many relationships
with local bankers, accountants and business attorneys who can help you
with creative financial solutions when purchasing your own business.
Jeff believes in the simple logic of "doing what you say you're going to
